Belvedere Homes, builders of some of the finest quality homes in Buckinghamshire, Surrey and London, chose Dröm UK to design the sauna and steam room in a prestigious family home in Wentworth.
The bespoke sauna was clad in traditional Aspen timber and was given a more contemporary look by incorporating contrasting Thermo Intense Aspen inlays into the benches and backrests.
Low voltage LED lighting is installed behind the contoured backrests emitting a subtle, mood enhancing, warm glow to the room. A Tylo SD16 heater is mounted onto the wall and the room is finished with a frameless glass screen and door.
The steam room walls and ceiling are finished in a pale Moroccan Tadelakt plaster with a fibre optic, starry sky effect lighting feature inlaid within the coffered ceiling. The bench is tiled with luxurious Bisazza mosaics in deep rich colours. The steam outlets are a bespoke Dröm UK design in chrome with an inset essence reservoir.
Again, the room is finished with a frameless glass door and screen, giving a feeling of space and light.
