Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Consultant to join our growing team providing luxury spa facilities (Sauna & Steam rooms) across the UK. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • – Provide administrative support to the sales team by preparing sales-related documents and reports.
  • – Support and participate in new business pitches and tenders, as required.
  • – Conduct engaging showroom visits for prospective clients and suppliers, ensuring all visitors receive a consistent Dröm UK and Klafs experience
  • – Follow up on sales leads and potential clients
  • – Work up to being accountable for all miscellaneous sales, non project related and follow through the entire process from start to finish
  • – Receive and act upon sales calls as appropriate
  • – Follow up on existing leads
  • – Receive and allocate project specific phone calls and emails
  • – Maintain accurate electronic and hard copy filing systems
  • – Assist Sales & Projects Team with project related paperwork
  • – Prepare accurate potential sales information for Sales Meetings
  • – Attend and contribute important information / leads at Sales Meetings
  • – Produce quotations and prepare proposals and all other required documentation for clients, in a timely manner / agreed timescales
  • – Provide product information for each sale (as required) and ensure correct documentation is completed
  • – Liaise with products for Sales & Project team, once project is live (handover).
  • – Assist in preparing new job folders and input details of customers/clients and new projects on to relevant databases.
  • – Assist managers with projects and sales related paperwork / filing as required.
  • – Use Simpro/Google Drive to input quotations (Simpro training provided)
  • – Assist Sales & Projects team with project related paperwork as required including VO’s/Customer Contact Forms
  • – Check job specific information is prepared for installation teams
  • – Ensure the correct forms are used at all times e.g. VO’s
  • – Provide pre-installation information to each client and ensure correct documentation is completed before work begins
  • – Work alongside Warehouse Manager to record and prepare accurate documentation for product/manufacturer returns
  • – Attract and invite leads to the Showroom
  • – Assist Sales Directors with admin tasks and large project tender info – update presentations
  • – Take part in site visits if/where required or book in for members of the team
  • – Assist Admin Team in answering the phones within 2 rings if they are unavailable

 

Skills:

– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

 

Experience:

  • sales/sales support: Minimum 2 years in a previous sales role
