Plumber

Dröm UK Ltd (part of the Klafs group), specialists in the design and installation of luxury saunas and steam rooms, are currently recruiting for a Plumber, to work out of their offices in Byfleet, Surrey covering some of the most exclusive projects in London and the South East.
 

Key responsibilities:

• – Install all works to current Regulations/Standards.
• – Installation of pipework, fittings, connections, plant and equipment to the required specification
• – Assist installers in day-to-day installations as required
• – Ensure correct materials are ready or ordered for each project
• – Complete pressure test sheet for all new installations
• – Submit accurate Daily Project Sheets on time
• – Ensure customer verifies work carried out, by way of signature where applicable
• – Check/maintain stock levels of plumbing equipment/materials
• – Test all installations confidently, ready for final inspection and testing. Conduct regular site inspections
• – Conduct final completion check for all projects
• – Update and maintain current / active plumbing projects list with estimated installation dates
• – Assist with preparation of job specific RAMS
• – Review and advise on plant layouts, pipe routes, fixings and appropriate details etc. during design phase of project.
• – Formulate accurate picking lists for all plumbing items prior to works commencing and liaise with Warehouse for purchasing.
• – Continuously learn about new products, develop new techniques and educate other team members
• – Deliver a professional, effective and responsible client facing role, ensuring all aspects of the job, end-to-end are effectively communicated.
• – Encourage an improved level of teamwork and empowerment through a culture of constant engagement, support and empathy.
• – Ensure health and safety compliance onsite
• – Any other duties deemed reasonable for the role

Essential Qualifications:

• – CSCS card
• – Current clean driving license
